Smoked Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. Chicken Wings
  • 6 tbsp. Yardbird Poultry Seasoning
  • 6 tbsp. Baking Powder
  • Frying Oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat smoker up to 300F.
  2. While preheating, season Chicken Wings with Yardbird and Baking Powder. Place Wings onto smoker.
  3. Flip after 30 minutes. (If you know your grill, you may want to switch locations of wings while flipping due to hot spots.)
  4. Pull when Wings internal temperature is about 175F or about 45 minutes.
  5. Toss in favorite sauce.
  6. MUNCH MUNCH MUNCH

Optional

  1. For extra crispiness, pull the wings out at 155F and fry them in oil until 165F.
