Egg Salad Sammich

What’s that? You don’t want the traditional Pimento Cheese…for the Master’s?? THAT’S OKAY! Make this slammin’ Egg Salad instead!

The How To:

Ingredients

  • 7 hard-cooked Egg (diced)
  • 2 stalks Celery (diced)
  • 4 tbsp. White Lightning
  • 1 tbsp. Lowcountry Gold
  • 4 tbsp. Mayo
  • 2 tsp. Backyard Burger Blend
  • White Bread

Instructions

Boiled Eggs

  1. Add the eggs to a saucepan and fill with cold water and a dash of Vinegar.
  2. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let the eggs stand for 10-12 minutes. Take the eggs out of the water and let cool.

Egg Salad

  1. Small dice the Celery. Chop Eggs to desired size.
  2. Add all ingredients into medium mixing bowl and mix until evenly incorporated.
  3. Chill for one hour and pull. Add to sammich and MUNCH!
