For Coleslaw:

  2. Place in fridge until needed.

For French Fries

  3. Pull Fries when starting to brown.
  4. Toss fries with Backyard Burger Blend.

For Polish Boy Creation:

  1. Cut Kielbasa into 3 equal sections. Butterfly the Kielbasa pieces. (Cut, length ways, about 3/4 through sausage each piece)
  2. Without breaking the skin, open the up the rest of the way and place open side down into a hot frying pan.
  3. While browing the kielbasa, warm the buns up.
  4. Once browned, place kielbasa on bun, top with Coleslaw, French Fries, and The All-American BBQ Sauce!
  5. Get your napkins ready and MUNCH MUNCH MUNCH!

Notes

  • Try different rolls like potato and pretzel. I prefer softer bread for this recipe.
  • Keep the slaw more on the vinegary side because of all of the other rich flavors.
  • Screw it! Add some cheese. Why not?

Common Questions

  1. Do I have to butterfly the kielbasa?

No siry Bob. This just adds another depth of flavor I really enjoy. Just heat the kielbasa up as you see fit.

2. Could I do this with a hot dog?

I mean, probably. Do it and let me know!
