  • It is very good with nearly every crust (except dessert)
  • This is the typical, light and fluffy crust. So don't expect that.
  • Change up the beer based on the type of pizza you have!

Common Questions

1. Can I just use the entire dough ball for 1 pizza?

You most certainly can! It'll be nice and big for you.

2. If I wanted to make a dessert pizza, what would I remove?

I change out the Backard with just salt and use a stout/porter for the beer.
